A Rock and Roll Pizza Joint!

Growing up near an Itailian neighborhood in New Jersey, Tom Tillotson developed a deep affection for the area’s legendary New York Pizza at an early age.

In the early 1980’s Tom moved south to Atlanta. Although he quickly embraced the wonderful weather and Southern Hospitality of the friendly people of Georgia, Tom still yearned for his beloved New York Style Pizza. Tom searched the South for that elusive crust, exceptional cheeses and savory sauce which combine to comprise the perfect pie.

Having finally come to the conclusion that he should make his own, Tom spent the next several years swapping recipes, ideas, and secrets with master Pizza Chef’s all over the East Coast.
